Thirty-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy
If, for any reason, we do not meet your expectations, we will gladly refund your purchase, less shipping charges. The returns procedure is as follows: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for return instructions indicating the reason for your return. All items must then immediately be returned, undamaged. (We are not able to reimburse you for return shipping charges.) We will issue a refund of your purchase, less your initial shipping and processing fees, within 5 business days from the date the item(s) is received.
Backorder Policy
We always strive to provide our customers with a prompt fulfillment of their Sackaroos™ order. Unfortunately, at times our orders exceed the capacity of our warehouse. If this occurs, you will be contacted immediately and provided with an anticipated date of arrival. If this is not acceptable, you will be given a prompt refund of all charges relative to that order, (products and shipping/handling charges if applicable). If you like, we will also contact you when our warehouse receives a shipment and determine if you would like to place an order at that time.
Shipping Policies
In the continental United States, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are $8.00 each. (Please contact us for shipping charges outside the continental U.S.) Orders are filled within two business days and items usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Damaged Goods Policy
If any item is damaged during initial shipment to you please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will gladly replace the item(s) for you at no additional charge including shipping charges. We will also pay shipping costs for the item(s) to be returned to our warehouse for inspection.
